Spencer showed up at our house a little earlier than scheduled after calling to ask if it was okay if he came early. He was polite, diagnosed the problem, explained our options, answered our questions, and installed a new faucet quickly and at what we believe was a fair price. He also recommended a company to repair some flooding damage, and they showed up and began working while Spencer was still here. If we have any further plumbing issues, we will not hesitate to use Smedley Plumbing again.

Got an immediate response when I called and they super quickly came to install a water heater. Extremely happy with Spencer who was exactly what customer service should be. He was clean, courteous, and trustworthy. He explained everything very well and was very thorough with everything he did, making sure our unique situation was best handled. Had an issue with my shower drain backing up, standing water in the tub is not fun when you’re taking a shower. Not only did Smedley plumbing fix my issue, they explained to me the issue and how they fixed it. At no extra charge! But seriously, great service great price. 10/10 I am recommending you use Smedley plumbing! The tech that serviced the house was Spencer and he was very professional and nice and understanding.

Fast service! Great communication! Arrived promptly, quickly discovered the source of the problem and had it fixed in no time at all. Spencer was excellent at identifying the issue and not only fixing the leak but contacting a restoration company to come in and fix the damage from the leak. They came out immediately to take a look and got started on the process to repair. Great experience! Highly recommended!

With a small but significant plumbing emergency starting my week, I was so grateful Danielle was able to get a team member out quickly. Spencer came out same day to check and see why my hot water volume was suddenly depleted. Unfortunately turned out it was time for a whole new hot water heater. I had called 2 other plumbing companies for a main sewer line clean and one didn't answer the phone , left message, 45 minutes later still no response. The second company couldn't get to the issue until 8- 10hours later or the next day. Called Smedley Plumbing , got a prompt response and even got a call for them to show up earlier than expected. I had the best experience from the moment I called to make an appointment. The person who answered the phone was able to accommodate my time request with no problem. Tim was able to get to my house even earlier than anticipated. He listened to my plumbing issues and knew exactly what to do. He was friendly and efficient and even gave me advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. Spencer and Mitch at Smedley were wonderful. I had an old cast iron drainage line that needed to be replaced. Spencer and Mitch were quick to come out and replace the drain line and left everything better than they found it. Smedley plumbing is professional and I trust them to do an excellent job.

We had an old leaky shower faucet and Spencer did a great job! He was honest up front about the possible cost and need to replace in the event he was unable to repair. He was able to complete the repair without having to do a complete replacement, which saved us money. That is always appreciated! Would definitely recommend!

Mitch is the plumber who repaired my toilet. He was very friendly, sensitive to putting booties over his shoes, and was very professional. Explained all that he did and also gave me advice on when I replace the toilets with new efficient ones. I will definitely call Smedley in the future!

Found them on Google and called them because of their outstanding reviews. The reviews are correct, this is a small business you can trust. They didn't answer right away but left a message and got a call right back. They gave us a time and showed up right on time. Spencer did a great job with a ongoing issue we have been having with our kitchen sink. He didn't try to up sell us and took care of the problem quickly. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We found our go to plumbers. You should try them too.

In addition to being on time, Spencer had to cut into our sheet rock to repair the leaking faucet. He made the cut as small as possible and made the cut out one piece so I could easily repair the wall. He was able to find the same faucet to minimize the cutting and moving of pipes. He was friendly, professional and I would highly recommend Spence and Smedley plumbing.

Called Smedley to get a second opinion on some work and they were more than helpful. Any future plumbing needs I have Il be calling Smedley. I was told by another company that i needed major repairs done to fix my kitchen sink, ends up I just needed a some relatively minor non invasive work done. Extremely professional and personable. I had the best experience with Mitch Smedley. What I thought was a huge issue turned out tobe something easily fixed. Mitch educated me on my honest plumbing and offered an economical fix (which wasn't needed after all) instead of tearing up concrete floors. Extremely pleased with the timeliness, professionalism and quality of work. Mitch provided a clearly defined assessment of my water service issues in the basement and then made the needed repairs immediately. I appreciate his honesty and not trying to push additional work which was not needed. Residential plumbing work is not cheap, but I feel I was charged reasonably. No doubt I will call on Smedley Plumbing for any future needs.

After reoccurring issues with our main sewer line over the span of several years, I realized that switching plumbing companies was crucial and long overdue. An online search for referrals/recommendations led me to Mitch Smedley who had overwhelmingly positive reviews. I called him on a Saturday morning, expecting to leave a message. To my surprise, he answered on the second ring, scheduled a time to come out himself this afternoon, fixed the problem, and diagnosed the cause. I was extremely impressed with his friendliness, professionalism, thoroughness, and integrity. We will be using him to correct the current problem and also for all other future plumbing needs. Having a plumbing emergency on a weekend may have ended up being a blessing in disguise.

Mitch was above amazing! Our pilot light wouldn’t light on our water heater. He came at the end of his day to check it out. Turns out it was a goner! He evaluated the situation, explained what happened and explained in detail all the options we had. We chose the option best for us and He got us up and running with a new one at the same visit.
