This policy explains what Smedley Plumbing collects when you use callsmedley.com, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site, we collect what you type into it — typically your name, phone number, email address, and a description of your plumbing problem. We use that to contact you about your job. That is the whole purpose.
Our price calculator does not require any personal information. You can get a full price without giving us your name, email, phone number, or address. If you choose to have the estimate emailed to you, we collect the email address you provide for that purpose.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta advertising tools to understand how people find and use this site, and to show our ads to people who have visited. These tools set cookies and may collect device and browsing information. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, and you can manage ad personalisation in your Google and Meta account settings.
10,000-Hour GuaranteeEvery plumber we send has at least 10,000 hours on the tools. If it isn't fixed right, we come back at no charge.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your contact details with lead aggregators or other contractors.
Financing
Financing applications are handled by Upgrade, not by Smedley Plumbing. When you follow a financing link you are on Upgrade’s site and subject to Upgrade’s privacy policy and terms. We never see or store your financial account details.
