Spencer with  Smedley Plumbing came to our house to replace our water heater and do other plumbing  repairs. Anthony our plumbing tech came in and quickly assessed the situation. Our children’s bathroom has been spewing rust since we moved in last year and Smedley really blessed us with quick and quality service. They were excellent to communicate and setup time that was most convenient for our family. Oh my goodness......I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful Smeadly is. Honestly I don't think even wonderful covers it. We had not been able to use our upstairs bathroom for years and they fixed it for us Through their family first program. I wrote to them and explained our situation and they got it taken care of. Words cannot express how grateful we are. I cannot recommend them enough. They are knowledgeable, quick, and kind. There is not a better company that cares about people than them. Spencer came out to do a main line camera inspection.  He was prompt and professional during his visit.  He explained what I was seeing on the camera inspection and didn’t try to sell me a service that wasn’t needed.  Which I appreciate.
